One of my favorite memories of winter is when I was about 8 years old.  I was visiting Grandma Joanne for the day, and we spent the entire time making Christmas cutout cookies.  Grandma had 16 children, and each year for Christmas they received homemade treats from Grandma’s kitchen.  I think we made over 200 cookies that day – and hand-decorated them all!

The cookies in this tower remind me of that day, when our arms were tired from rolling the dough and our tummies were full of sugar and sweets!  I can only imagine how many cutout cookies are made at Gourmet Cookie Bouquets each day to fill the orders that are shipped from coast to coast.

I have ordered this tower for Grandma this year, which will include a hand-written note to thank her for providing me with a memory that I will always treasure.  I may even try to recreate that day with my own children – but with less cookies!  Priced at $42, this tower of Snowman Boxes is filled with a dozen cookies, four flavors of brownies, and one of Grandma’s holiday favorites – peppermint bark.  I have a feeling that one of these boxes will be waiting under the tree for me this year – filled with Grandma’s homemade goodies.
